We performed the interior architecture and design for a new Vietnamese restaurant concept in Honolulu. We combined two adjacent shell tenant spaces into a single 2,168 square foot restaurant and kitchen. The owners planned to serve modern Vietnamese inspired dishes, so our concept aimed to compliment the vibrant and energetic culture of Vietnam and the Vietnamese people. In the main dining area we created two distinct spaces that provide a different dining ambiance depending in which area you are seated. This allows guests to have different experiences during each visit.
