PARIS. HAWAII

Sans Silhouette performed the interior renovation of the former Hank’s Haute Dog Restaurant, which was in operation for 17 years until the owner’s retirement. The renovation reinterpreted the existing space to accommodate the new location of PARIS. HAWAII, a French cuisine inspired upscale restaurant. The design stripped down the existing space and added a soft, neutral material palette to emphasize the open kitchen and let the prepared dishes become the main focus. Completed in just under 4 months, this was a quick turnaround which required confident design and simple materials.
